Position: *Software Build Engineer (contract)* Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12 months Interview: Phone and F2F CLS Bank is seeking an individual to manage the software build and deployment process. The role will require working closely with third party Application Development, Security and Infrastructure teams. The individual is expected to be highly motivated, proactive and able to complete tasks in a timely manner without significant guidance. Expertise with the Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Stash, Bamboo, Fisheye/Crucible) is a must. *Description of duties:* • Responsible for configuring advanced build automation. • Manage and administer the source code version control system (Git), and manage branching activities. • Develop custom workflows, issue schemas, and templates for use with Jira and Confluence. • Create and execute build plans, and write scripts to manage the Continuous Integration process. • Provide support and assist in deployment of code in test and production environments. • Troubleshoot problems related to builds, deployment of artefacts, or environment configuration. • Implement processes to continuously improve build and source control efficiency. • Training administrators on performance, monitoring, and best practices for Atlassian tools *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* • Experience with Version Control Systems (Subversion-SVN, GIT) • Continuous Integration (Bamboo, Jenkins) • Build Process Tools (Ant, Maven) • Understands source code branching strategy and patterns • Full SDLC experience, working in environments spanning multiple projects and technologies • Hands-on technical generalist with proven problem diagnosis and troubleshooting Atlassian Tools *Preferred Knowledge/ experience:* • 2+ years administering Atlassian tools (Fisheye/Crucible, Bamboo, JIRA, Crowd, JIRA Agile) • 3+ years Build/Release experience, application engineering and/or IT work experience • CMVC experience • Experience developing in JAVA, or C++. *HABEEB* AddOn Technologies, Inc *Phone: 734-956-4737 Ext: 160* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
