Immediate Need Business Analyst with Project Manager EXP -Interview ASAP
Position : Business Analyst with Project Manager Location : Wichita, KS Duration : 6 months. *Requirements:* Business Systems Analyst (60%) / IT Project Manager (40%) Act as strategic partner with customers and users. Able to tailor communication to audience level. Able to respectfully challenge customers to think about different options – comfortable providing them with options rather than just perform what they request. Work to understand changing business needs and how technology can assist. Work with software vendors on integration design, system implementations, and coordinating projects. Assist in design, setup, and documenting application configurations. Participate in technical design sessions, working with technical resources, to provide insight during solution development. Management of small to mid-size projects including coordination of multiple technical resources and vendors, and escalation of concerns or roadblocks to leadership team. Use formal project management process and tools for new applications/projects. Look for optimization of business process. Be forward-thinking and identify gaps of requests customers want today and how that may impact future decisions. Aaron - SR.
