Develops and maintains data preparation, attends a ton of meetings, and provides documentation of the ongoing projects including communication of project status. Selects, recommends and applies appropriate analytic methodologies and techniques to execute against an analysis plan or research objectives. Responsibilities: Creates data warehouses/marts and/or develops data mining analyses to support business decisions Reviews the work of others. Develops innovative approaches. Sought out as expert. Serves as a leader/ mentor. Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency Developing scalable reporting processes and querying data sources to conduct ad hoc analyses Research complex functional issues using a variety of resources Develop and prepare highly complex reports and provide and/or interpret information and data across divisions and departments Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources Provides source system analysis Education: Bachelor Degree required. Data reporting/analysis experience required. Experience with Data Warehouses and/or Data Marts required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience as a Business Analyst required. Assets: Informatica Metadata Management/Informatica Master Data Management a plus. Business Objects or equivalent reporting tools experience. Teradata or equivalent relational database experience. Healthcare Industry experience.
