Immediate Need For Oracle ERP Test Lead - Interview And Start ASAP!! Job Title: Oracle ERP Test Lead Location: Van Buren Township, MI Duration: 3+ Months Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT Experience Minimum 3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle 12.x /EBS ERP Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or ERP application testing Desired Characteristics Master’s or advanced degree in Information Technology Working knowledge & prior experience using testing tools such as HP UFT, QTP, QC/ALM, Panaya Services Prior experience leading teams of contract resources to execute on multiple projects in parallel Six-Sigma / PMI / PMP Certification IT CAS or ITLP graduate Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and make local decisions Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute IT projects and assist Functional clients in planning initiatives. Also coordinate between Infrastructure team members for project related tasks FastWorks knowledge Strong analytic and problem solving capabilities Excellent in verbal and written communication skills Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities. Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
