Specific duties are outlined below in the task list.Tasks:Provide business and workflow analysis on processes used by the agencyImplement workflow and routing rules via an automated workflow engineIntegrate workflow processes with various data sources and web servicesFacilitate process mapping and documentation meetingsDocument program specificationsDesign efficient methods for existing business processesResearch and document and facilitate user requirements collection with program usersWorking with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systemsProviding mentoring and guidance to junior staffKnowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):Required:3-5 years of experience using JavaScript3-5 years of experience using XML, HTML, and CSS1-3 years of experience using JAVAAt least 2 years of experience using SQLExperience using SubversionKnowledge of relational and object-oriented database designsKnowledge of object-oriented design methodologiesKnowledge of Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM)Skilled in business analysisSkilled in system designKnowledge of database security, including role-based securityAbility to be creative, to use sound judgment, and to display foresight to identify potential problemsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.Ability to work independentlyAbility to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignmentsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingPreferred:- Workflow Analysis Skills- Proficiency in Visio- Experience with backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services- Ability to facilitate communication between IT and business users.
