Title: *UI / UX Designer* Location: Renton, WA Duration: 12+ Months *Job Requirements* • UX wireframes • UI components • Written guidance on WinRT development • A working prototype which uses the UI components, complies with the UX wireframes, and adheres to the best practices identified in the written guidance. There are clearly dependencies between the deliverables, and progress or issues in one area will inform or impact the others. To harmonize the development of these artifacts, we recommend an iterative and incremental approach. We will apply agile principles by breaking the project into two week sprints. Each sprint will start with a planning session that identifies specific goals for each of the deliverables. The sprint will close with an evaluation of results, and feedback for use in planning the next sprint. We believe this approach provides the following benefits: o Continuous demonstration of progress o Early identification of risks and issues o Allowing for course corrections as new information emerges o Under this approach, the first increment is critical in establishing the project rhythm and practices. Its goals include: o Defining format and configuration management policies for all work products and deliverables o Defining working agreements between team members so that roles and responsibilities are clear o Setting up plans for o Communications o Status reporting o Risk and issue management *HABEEB* AddOn Technologies, Inc *Phone: 734-956-4737 Ext: 160* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
