*Responsibilities*:
     *  Assess new work requests and assign to appropriate team members or
assist requester in finding alternative options
     *  Act as a first point of escalation for issues across the team
     *  Act as a liaison to coordinate communications or activities, as
needed
     *  Steward the maintenance and use of a consistent set of guidelines
and standards
     *  Lead team activities to ensure weekly publications of communications

*Other Analyst Responsibilities could include:*
     * Internal project / service communications; where the audience is
internal to project, program or service – or targeted stakeholders (e.g.,
small- to medium-size initiatives, relatively smaller scope & change,
smaller impacts, inter-department topics)
     * Presentations or recommendations to drive business decisions or
updates to department executives
     * Editing & proofing documents (e.g. Statements of Work (SOW), white
papers)
     * Event planning or meeting facilitation
     * Project documentation, including charters, status reporting &
risk/issues/dependencies
     * Stakeholder/impact analysis (Organizational Change Management skill)
     * Stakeholder communications, including mailing lists, requests for
stakeholders, timelines, etc.
     * Communications regarding testing or production checkout needs
·    * Setting up and monitoring generic mailbox (SSS)
·    * Localized communication internal to area / function
·            *  All hands, Area/function meetings, celebrations (event
planning)
·            *  Fireside Chats, skip-level meetings, Brown Bags
·            *  Newsletters
··            * Release management communications
·            *  Area/Function annual planning
·            *  Surveys
     *  Org Change activities such as Stakeholder/impact analysis or
Facilitating Change Adoption Network
     *  Training and learning activities such as job aids or user guides
and online course or help updates


*Skills Needed:*
     *  Microsoft Office Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
     *  SharePoint Use
     *  Facilitation
     *  Communication Structure and Strategy
     *  Organizational Change Skills (Prosci or other organizational change
tools)

* Competencies:*
     *  Strong written and verbal communication Skills
     *  Ability to manage a diverse workload
     *  Ability to assess new requests and match them to team members who
have both the skills to complete the work and the capacity
     *  Ability to quickly assess new request for priority and make
adjustments to current team workload to ensure priority work is completed
     *  Ability to create standard team practices where needed to ensure
consistent service
     *  Ability to track and monitor multiple work requests
     *  Ability to direct and lead the work of others.
     *  Highly accountable to assigned work - producing high quality
deilverables and meeting deadlines
