• 7+ years software developer experience. • 4-5 years of experience functioning as .NET developer using MVC (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization) • Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the .NET MVC Framework. • Define new processes, standards, or operational plans based on business requirements. • Develops solution to complex business problems that is consistent with company objectives. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally • Solid business analysis skill. Must have good inter-personal skills • Develop and maintain ASP.NET/VB.NET • Strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. • Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET / SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF Data Services . • Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
