In addition to other skills mentioned, Project wants these skills
*Primary responsibilities:*
a.Lead workshops of ~10-15 client team members to drive agreement on common
business processes within Engineering/PLM function across client’s operating
divisions. Recommend “leading practice” business process models when
multiple process options are available.
b.Prepare content for workshops.
c.Capture findings/decisions from workshops.
3.Primary deliverable from this project is a business process model captured
in Client’s IndustryPrint application tool.

We are looking for someone who understands *engineering processes*.......has
worked or implemented *SAP* for an *engineering company*
Must have *SAP PLM experience* .....perhaps has an engineering degree and *SAP
PLM* experience
The industry experience is *engineering
Sap experience is PLM*
They need to be great communicators and process focused
Please note that the contractors must have heavy engineering experience in *
PLM/QM.*

Client shall have the right to hire, without any compensation to
Subcontractor, any individual who has continuously performed Services for a
period of at least 3 months for Client under a Work Order subject to this
Agreement. In the event such individual accepts in writing employment with
Client, Subcontractor will promptly release the individual to Client. Such
release will result in Subcontractor waiving all rights under any agreements
containing non-compete or other restrictive covenants that Subcontractor may
have in place with such individual, solely as to that individual’s
employment by Client. Subcontractor shall, at the request of Client, create
a written document waiving all such rights under any non-compete or other
restrictive covenant that Subcontractor may have with such individual.
