The data will be also sent to Department of Buildings where building owners can see the violations cited if any. The consultant is required to build the online reporting system which will be used by building owner/management to fill in their inspection results. Design the application and data base Writing technical design document Develop application based on requirements Unit testing of application Incorporating new functionalities in the existing RAD inspection system Implementing Fixes in timely manner Provide integration between new and existing systems Mandatory Skill/Expertise Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience with .net development (Version 4.0 above), with concentration on web based application. Experience with C#, ASP.net MVC 4, Spring.net Framework, SQL server 2012, JQuery, Java Script, SQL server management studio 2012, Visual studio 2010/2012 Framework, with concentration on web based application. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle and- Agile Methodologies Prior experience of web service. Experience with MVC design pattern. Able to work in challenging environment and have a keen interest in new Technology.
