This application will replace the existing Automated Criminal and Infractions system (ACIS) mainframe green screen. Replacement of this legacy system will allow movement from the old technical architecture and create a more flexible and adaptable system. This position serves as a Senior Analyst Programmer on the CCIS-cc team, performs technical analysis and design, and provides coding and testing associates Java modules. This position must interact with other analyst and programmers on the team, and work independently, responsibility will include the following: Analysis and design of data to be captures and stored Analysis and designing of Java modules to be modified or written Coding of Java modules Preparing and executing unit tests of all modified or created modules Providing related document Demonstrating previous and modified system functions Required skills: Java Enterprise Edition SQL programming (preferably DB2) Web frameworks (preferably Struts and Spring) SOA, Web Service IBM Websphere, MQ JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks Google Web Toolkit Angular JS Technical analysis, design, software development life cycle including Agile development Experience: 8 years of progressive analyst programmer experience working with large-scale, complex systems, including at least 2 years as a senior developer on a large-scale project.
