*Job Title : J2EE developer Location : Long Island, NY Duration : 7 months Rate : $55/hr Candidate need to be local to NY/NJ/CT for Face-to-Face interviews* Experience: Have at least 7 years of Enterprise Application Integration development experience using J2EE /RMI/CORBA Technologies for a large corporation or similar business environment. Candidates must have extensive Middle-Tier development experience developing plug-in/connector modules for different business functions or business units of the company. Technical Competencies 1)Candidate must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to take Independent initiative in designing, developing and supporting systems,identifying problems and proposing solutions and improvements. 2)Strong procedural and object-oriented programming skills in languages such as C, C++ and Java. 3)Familiarity with Enterprise Messaging technologies like TIBCO/VITRIA/IBM MQ. 4)Must possess database experience using databases like MySQL/ Oracle/ Sybase. Must be able to write database procedures/functions using PL/SQL or other database scripting languages. 5)Exposure to UNIX based environment is a MUST.
