Our current interim database is SQL and we do not have a portal so this will essentially be a new solution. For the web developer, we use a lot of .Net and need someone with experience developing secure front end interactive portals that will link back to the backend database we are developing. A developer with some good database integration experience would be a good fit. Although not required, a big plus for both positions would be security experience since this is the context of the solution we will build.
