The Lead Application Developers develop customer facing e-commerce web sites and support business solutions. These are large scale e-commerce projects through object orientated and data modeling, database design, programming, quality assurance and implementation support. We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of software development focused in .NET and Object Orientated Programming, 3-5 years of experience within an Ecommerce environment, and 3-5 years of experience in a direct lead role of leading a group of developers. They will be using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, XML, and SQL Server. This role will be 50% mentoring and 50% hands on, with that being subject to change in different situations. Need a strong candidate who is an ambitious person, results orientated and asks WHY to situations to know the full concept of strategy. *Qualifications* 10+ years of experience in Software Development (.NET & Object Orientated Programming and Design). 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce. 3-5 years of experience in a direct lead role leading a group of developers.
