Title: *Java/Grails Developer* Location: Bothell, WA Duration: 12 Months *Job Description:* Software Developer located in Bothell, WA will serve on the DevCM team under EIT BOOM Development.
*Responsibilities:* Work with a team of highly motivated professional developers with specialized skill sets in JAVA, GRAILS, Weblogic, Oracle database development. • Design and develop internal application deployment systems/applications, systems interfaces, databases, and reporting, as required, to deliver new systems functionality supporting corporate business objectives. • Design and develop a system (web application and database) to manage application properties in a central database that is used during automated deployment of applications into dev, test, and production environments. This system is an integral part of our migration to a continuous delivery methodology. It isolates the environment administrators from application specific property update methods and provides a central information store for the current property values in a specific environment. • Design and develop complete systems using Object Oriented Programming methodology to integrate with our evolving Deployment Automation Solutions. • Full responsibilities of a SCRUM team member: software testing, database design, architecting, source control, documentation and user. • Work with teammates to assign story points to user stories and deliver functionality during a Sprint. • Utilize troubleshooting and advanced problem solving skills to provide advanced support for systems. • Perform Relational Data Modeling. • Perform SQL (Oracle) Database Administration. *Qualifications:* Required: Designing and developing JAVA and GRAILs web applications hosted in Weblogic. • Required: Developing solutions using Oracle, including database design and maintenance. • Required: Using SCM tools for software version control and build management.
