Analyse the tickets trends and contribute towards permanent resolution of tickets /proactive support. Make enhancements to the existing ecommerce application. Prepare analysis /design documents and other relevant documantation. Work with offshore team ,team in EU coordinate on need basis. Work with thirdparty vendors , which provide part of the ecommerce site functionality.
