Web – Basic level implementation skills with building modern web applications using frameworks like jQuery, Dojo, or Bootstrap. Application Servers – Experience with application server platforms including Apache Tomcat or IBM WebSphere. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken forms). 1+ year experience working as a mentor to other developers while also in a hands-on (actively coding) Application Development role. *Additional Strongly Preferred Qualifications * Experience with C++, .Net, and shell scripting. Experience with IBM Filenet and Case Manager. TDD – Experience with unit testing including exposure to Mock Testing Frameworks like EasyMock or Mockito. TDD – Practical experience with unit testing including deep understanding of Mock Testing Frameworks like EasyMock or Mockito. ATDD – Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development including the use of tools like Cucumber and Selenium. Continuous Integration – Experience automating builds with Maven using CI Servers like Jenkins/Hudson. Experience with multiple integration patterns and technologies including but not limited to SOAP based web services and MQ messaging technologies. Spring Framework – Medium-level implementation skills with the Core Spring Framework and including other sub-projects like Spring Security and Spring Integration.
