SAP OTC Testing Lead Saint Paul, MN Contract-to-Hire / Long Term The person hired for the position of Global OTC Testing Lead will be responsible to ensure system changes and upgrades meet business requirements. This will include strong project management, ensuring a robust test plan is in place, and that failures are managed and communicated. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -Provide leadership for testing within the OTC team. -Represent the OTC team in all cross-functional testing meeting, discussions, and deliverables. -Ensure test cases cover all functionality, including new changes. -Communicate test failures and/or concerns, along with proposed resolution. -Ensuring training materials are in place for new functionality. -Manage assigned deployment project(s) to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. -Minimum of three (3) years experience with Test/Defect Management. Preferred Qualifications: -Supervisory experience. -Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. -Ability to drive ticket / test closure by collaborating with multiple team members. -Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. -Strong capabilities with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. -Experience working with SAP. -Must be a self-starter with the ability to function with minimal day to day direction.
