The guide will be used by architects and software developers who will design, code, and implement a new data exchange web service for the Infant and Toddler Online Tracking System (ITOTS). This position is responsible for ensuring delivery of a thoroughly documented data extract guide. This position will work closely with subject matter experts (SME) in the business unit and staff in Information Services & Technology (IS&T).
