This includes the Microsoft Project Plan schedules, plans and other artifacts. However, this person also needs to be able to think and can't just be a junior (green) order taker/follower. For example, he/she needs to be sharp enough to help construct an achievable and realistic schedule (as opposed to a schedule created according to the book).
