Responsibilities will include:1. Develop a comprehensive QA project plan that takes into account all required work, constituencies and resources.2. Create comprehensive testing plans for functional testing and load testing of planned system enchantments.3. Design, implement, document, and maintain test scripts and test tools used to perform unit tests, regression tests, and load tests, based on the selected tools.4. Execute upon testing plans by performing white-box and black-box testing.5. Through the execution of test plans, identify and document system issues and bugs6. Meet regularly with the project manager, project sponsors, and Technology Unit staff to communicate progress, issues, and next steps.Mandatory Skill/ExpertiseThe candidate must have a minimum of at least 8 years testing experience. Experience leading a testing team will be a plus.The candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET>.Demonstrable strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2008.Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio Team System 2008 Test Edition and Test Load Agent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a solid customer service orientation are essential.
