Supporting a self-hosted Service Now environment/ Application UI Configuration Workflow 3. Configuration Development and development of Requirement Integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) 4. Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables 5. Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences 6. Glide Scripting experience 7. Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow systems (in regard to troubleshooting and tuning) 8. Experience with Web Technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services 9. Strong verbal and written communication skills 10.
