NEEDS TO BE LOCAL Pittsburgh, PA LOA- 6 months+ . Process- phone screen then F2F. Job Description: This position is for a software engineer working in the Engineering Tools group. The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the team that is responsible for the design, coding, debugging, maintenance and support of new products and application for the Ovation control system. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of applications on Windows platform. Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and knowledge and experience working in all phases of the software development life cycle. The successful candidate will also be experienced in database design and development. The preferred candidate needs to be highly self-motivated to work successfully as an individual and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
