JOB DESCRIPTION: There is a preference for candidates who have regularly/recently worked 12+ months on projects. A work history of several 3-6 months projects is less favorable than a few projects that lasted over a year each. This manager is particularly interested in seeing candidates who can talk about their project history in terms of design and leadership, as opposed to following more basic "marching orders."
