Interview, conduct meetings, and solicit information from the staff/stakeholders on what changes they would envision to their current processes and system, and what they would want in a new system. Use the tools to document the business processes and requirements. Experience working as a Business Analyst Required 5 Years Experience obtaining business process information through staff/stakeholder interviews.
