This individual is responsible for ensuring that results meet established goals and timelines by Managing and architecting the implementation of applications. Managing and architecting integrations with other systems in the Johnson Controls’ SAP/Project Unity landscape. Managing and architecting the support framework for the identified applications/integrations. Coordinating with other internal IT departments/customer teams to ensure Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures are adhered to and requirements are met. Coordinating application patch and upgrade cycles. Ensuring infrastructure patch and upgrade cycles are adhered to and implemented without negatively impacting production. Ensuring all compliance standards are maintained. Development tools/applications for the SAP Unity landscape include (but are not limited to), third party add-ons for SAP Solution Manager, test management tools from HPQC, Microsoft Service Manager suite, business requirements modeling tools (ARIS, Blue Works, etc.), and job automation tools (CPS Redwood, IBM Tivoli).
