*We have an urgent Contract Openings in **Kalamazoo, MI.* *Looking forward to submit your resume for below mentioned Requirement.* *If you are interested, Please forward your latest resume along with location and pay rate details to *[email protected] <[email protected]> *Title: Mobile Device Management* *Location: Kalamazoo, MI* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Responsibility:* - This role requires you to be part of a technical support team giving Support in understanding the customer requirement & Supporting the MDM platform (AirWatch) - This role is responsible for being at Onsite / Off-shore for technical troubleshooting kind of activities - This role is responsible for administration MDM platform (AirWatch) & support wide variety of mobile devices with different platforms - Should be able to identify the root cause of issues if they are reported multiple times and should able to take corrective action for the same or escalate to the next level. - Create and follow-up till closure of tickets raised for any MDM related issues. - Demonstrate experience troubleshooting Networking and ActiveSync will be an advantage. - Should possess in-depth knowledge in implementing and managing AirWatch MDM in various business environments - Provide RCA for any major issues or outages. - Relevant certification for AirWatch will be an added advantage. - This position is responsible for configuration, performance tuning, administration, and troubleshooting of a AirWatch- Mobile Device Management platform in global environment. - Will perform periodic maintenance on MDM systems to avoid any major service interruption. - Assists in the deployment and management of mobile business applications - Creates and configures end user devices for native applications and workflows - Under the direction of MDM, this position will create, configure and manage security and application policies. - Troubleshoot environment *Skills:* - Mobile solution design and development - MAM / MCM Test, Configure & Support. - Must have strong foundation in mobile device hardware and software - Must be comfortable resolving issues within service level agreement timelines at the direction of MDM Vendor Administrators. - Should possess practical experience to handle IT technical problems. *Education and Experience Requirements:* - Bachelor Degree in IT related field or at least 2 years of Mobile Device Management experience. - Good understanding of multiple IT Infrastructure components (servers, storage, data/voice communications, etc.) and how they combine to provide an IT Service. - Experience on Asset Life-cycle management. - Usage of tools for troubleshooting purpose. - Attention to detail combined with analytical problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interacting with peers, management and users - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment. - Should have exposure to Windows operating system for Desktops / Laptops & Windows / Non-Windows OS for Mobile Devices. - Incident management based on SOP's and escalation to On-site Support. - Telephonic and Email based Support to User / Vendor management.
