ERP Central Component – ECC 6 Customer Relationship Management – CRM 7 Business Warehouse – BW 3.5 and 4.0 Business Objects – 3.x & 4.1 Exchange Infrastructure – XI eRecruiting Solution Manager SAP IdM 7.2 SAP Access Controls 10.0 · The people filling this position will provide SAP Security user and role administration across the Consumers Energy SAP Landscape. · They will be responsible for the SAP Security design (roles, authorization objects, role-to-position mapping, etc.) for project work. · They will interact with the Consumers Energy Security team and follow all processes and procedures. · They will be responsible for assigning the approved and appropriate access to the users. · Create and modify SAP roles in the above systems ensuring the security roles are developed and maintained for Consumer Energy SAP applications to meet the needs of the business and in compliance with the corporate security strategy, compliance requirements, and support model. *Responsibilities include but are not limited to*: -SAP User administration across multiple SAP modules. - Designing, building, and supporting SAP roles and user administration. - Collaborate with business process owners and other project teams to configure and manage SAP profiles and roles to meet the business needs. - Align SAP security profile authorizations with Sarbanes/Oxley controls to ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD) while providing the minimum access required meeting business needs. *In this role you will: * - Work with SAP, BizRights, and internally developed tools to create and maintain security roles/profiles according to policies and procedures. - Maintain auditable roles development and change history. - Support SAP Sandboxes, Developments, QA, Pre-Prod, and Production systems for ECC, CRM, e-Recruit, SAP Portal, Business Objects, Portal, UCES, and BI.
