The MAGI Medicaid System Transfer Project is looking for staff augmentation to provide the role of a Lead Business Systems Analyst V support.The resource is expected to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objective and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a BA in area of specialty and eight years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of contractor staff.The Business Systems Analyst V shall collaborate with and assist the Medicaid System Transfer Project Office of the OHA with Quality Assurance and Test activities.Specific TasksDevelops, publishes and implements test plans,Writes and maintains test automation,Develops quality assurance standards,Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect countsDefines, documents, analyzes, performs and interprets tests for products, systems, components, or modifications,Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions,Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reportsDesired AttributesExpertise in IT Systems Project Management, Systems Development MethodologyExpertise in integrating and adapting to fast paced project and changesExperience in public sector IT projectsExperience in leading a team or project management disciplineExperience with Medicaid Business and Systems preferredContractor CooperationThe OHA MAGI Medicaid System Transfer Project expects all contractors to cooperate and work together and to implement and adhere to the highest standards of performance throughout the engagement.
