For Retiree & Access, we will incorporate and integrate with their existing Taleo Applicant Tracking & On boarding system. •Finance: Oracle Time & Labor (OTL); Project Accounting (Indirect Projects) and the continued use of Concur •Payroll: Smart Stream •Connect Sites: HR Connect, New Hire Connect, Finance Connect and IT Connect – via Vantage access Besides key HCM modules listed above - knowledge of OTL and Projects are key ! 1. 1.
