*Location - El Segundo, CA*
*Duration -6 Months+ *
Role Technology Lead with strong Siebel CRM & Java
*Job Responsibilities *
Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive
solution architecture
Quick Development and Troubleshooting Skills
Create high availability design, provide infrastructure
strategy, and perform testing of solution components
Stakeholder Management
Ability to work in GDM model
*Technical skills required *
Strong skills in Siebel CRM – Field Services or Call Center
Strong hands-on skill in Java
Hands on configuration of the business services and
workflows.
Strong skills in Siebel Products & Pricing modules,
preferably for Telecom clients
Siebel configuration, business services, eScript,
Assignment Manger, Workflow Manager, Web Services and Server Administration
Ability to create a detailed technical design based on
functional and non-functional requirements
Experience in defining best practices, recommending design
improvements
Ability to work directly on tuning of existing code in
individual role
Ability to manage Siebel development and production
environment
Behavioral skills required
• Excellent ability to convince multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and listening skills
Desirable technical/behavioral skills
• In depth knowledge of Siebel CRM, Configuration, EAI, VBC,
Product & Pricing
• Preferably worked in Siebel eCommunications or Siebel Field
