If you have someone who has worked with Informatica 9.5 but also has Java experience, this will work. Manager is looking for someone who has MDM development experience, HUD development experience, and IDD experience. Emphasis is on IDD and user exit customization experience, particularly having experience with Java. Additional skills include knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting, they do batch stuff so Autosys is a plus, MDM product experience, IDD, customization, and SIF API experience is a plus. They have a security master, party master in production, and reference data master is starting to gear up. Reference data mastering is a bonus. Need to know Oracle databases and how to write queries. They are upgrading to 9.7.1 and need a more advanced user on the party side and IDD, need to know advanced things in the product. They will consider a Skype interview after a phone interview, if folks are not local. They will also consider someone working in Herndon Monday thru Thursday and working remote on Friday. Here is the complete job description: The Informatica (Siperian) MDM Developer is responsible for the developing, enhancing and supporting the Informatica MDM platform and related data integration applications. The Informatica MDM Developer will interact with business customers, business/systems analysts, and other application developers in the design, development and maintenance of MDM solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural and operating standards and requirements. *SKILLS * • Informatica (Siperian) MDM Platform version 9.7.1 or later • Informatica Data Director (IDD) • Oracle database skills including SQL, PL/SQL • MDM batch process user exists using PL/SQL • IDD user exists written in Java • Strong Java • Experience with the SIF framework including real-time integration • Experience with the creation of packages and webservices • Unix/Linux Shell Scripting • Knowledge of autosys scheduling • Knowledge of Application Server especially Jboss • Understand ETL processes and data integration • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications • Understanding data quality issues and data standardization of addresses using AddressDoctor and Informatica Data Quality *QUALIFICATIONS * • Minimum of 5+ years of Informatica MDM and programming/system analysis experience. • Successfully completed at least 3 Informatica MDM projects. • History of leading multiple concurrent projects and performing in a variety of different roles in these projects. • Strong programming skills in Java and PL/SQL development skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently with little direct supervision; take initiative; willing to mentor and develop others. • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills. • Strong solution delivery focus. • Strong planning, issue resolution and risk management skills. • Ability to react quickly to changing requirements driven by enterprise needs. • BS in computer Science or a related technical discipline *Skill Matrix in Years:* Informatica MDM and programming/system analysis Leading multiple concurrent projects and performing in a variety of different roles in these projects.
