*REQUIRED:* • Minimum of 10+ years experience with Advanced troubleshooting in MS Windows XP/7 • Advanced skills and knowledge with Sysinternals Suite toolset, analysis and execution • Minimum 5+ years advanced experience with application troubleshooting • Minimum 5+ years advanced experience with Windows client performance & monitoring analysis toolsets • Advanced Automation and Reporting Experience, with a strong bias towards automated deployment and operations experiences. • Solid Problem Management Experience • Must be able to take charge and drive solutions during high profile incidents leading teams (technical and non-technical) through effective and efficient incident resolution • Drive RCA and resulting actions through full conclusion • Demonstrated project management/assessment • Strong leadership skills required • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work well with customers within the business units. • Ability to work with users' and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds • Flexible working hours to accommodate critical activity essential Aaron - SR.
