Senior Java Developers needed to support the State of Ohio, Department of
Taxation STARS project.
*Primary Skills Required Include: *JDK 1.6, RAD9.0, Rich Faces 3.3, WAS8.5,
J2EE 5, Oracle 11.2, Spring 3.2 (Core, MVC), EJB3.2, Clear case, SOAP
WebServices, OPA, ESB, Oracle PSRM
· Applies specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, develop,
unit test, configure, and implement portions of new or enhanced business
and technical Java solutions through application of appropriate standard
software development life cycle methodologies and processes
· Be versatile and willing to work cross-functionally
· Plan a spring and self-manage around that plan
· Understand the product requirements and provide effort estimates
· Provide technical advice to the product owner so that he or she
can understand the complexity of the requirements and make appropriate
decisions
· Respond to circumstances and adjust processes, standards, and
tools to optimize performance
· Interact with the client and project as required, to gain an
understanding of business environment, technical context, and
organizational strategic direction
· Defines scope, plans, and delivers for assigned components

Please find the below urgent position. The main skills would be Java, with
a knowledge of Oracle BPEL, and Oracle DB. Any electronic interfacing
using HL7 would definitely be a plus also.
*Job Description:*
*Required Experience*
· 3-5 years experience with Oracle SOA technology.
· 3-5 years experience with BPEL, Java, and ESB.
· 3-5 years experience working with HL7 version 2.x and v3.
· Experience working with various IT and customer teams.
· Experience in working with geographically distributed
teams/vendors.
*Desirable Experience*
- Experience with 3rd party Integration applications like Impact,
Cloverleaf or Rhapsody a plus.
- Experience supporting interface engine development for clinical
laboratories or other related experience in healthcare using HL7 and/or
ASTM E1238. Also support of HL7/IEEE MLLP/HLLP communication protocol.
- Knowledge of WebSphere Message Broker and WebSphere MQ a plus.
- Knowledge of data wharehouse tools like Informatica, a plus.
*Special Requirements*
Occasional evening and weekend work required to provide on-call technical
support.
