*Kindly reply to sara.wil...@itbtalent.com* Client requires GC or Citizen *Richmond VA* *5 - 8 Years of IT Experience. *Minimum 3-4 years of industry experience with an emphasis on ETL for business intelligence / data warehousing solutions in the insurance services industry. *Hands on Informatica ETL and Unix Shell scripting Experience - 2-3 years. *Strong database development, SQL, physical database design and data modeling experience *Must have multiple full lifecycle project experience in developing ETL solutions as a developer, designer experience managing multiple concurrent, complex projects. *Excellent communication skills *Strategic and tactical thinking *Strong focus on providing service to the customer *Mastery in business process and application design *Out of the box thinking; Flexible / Critical thinking skills a must. *Able to sell concepts and designs / benefits to multiple audiences. *Able to work independently and in diverse, co-located and remote teams. *Strong Foundation in broad range of technology areas including IT Security, Networking, Application Development, Project Management, Desktop / Server Management, etc. *Strong bias for execution. Responsibilities: *Leverages breadth and depth of applications expertise. *Serves as lead liaison with end users to define and implement automated solutions for unique, one-of-a-kind situations. *Evaluates and recommends unique hardware configurations; defines special hardware/software requirements, capacities, capabilities, etc. to meet user needs while adhering to technical standards. *Acts as point of escalation and mentor for other applications engineers. *Specializes in a particular software or application area that is highly valued in the end-user community. *Works within the framework of established operating procedures and in close cooperation with internal and external support personnel to provide troubleshooting and maintenance end-user assistance. *Validates both hardware and software aspects of desktop services to optimize end-user satisfaction and productivity.
