Responsible for providing the test estimates and plans, and for executing and delivering against these plans. The person will serve as an expert in the area of testing processes and methodologies. This position requires someone with a strong aptitude in understanding testing processes and methodologies, and the ability to work with teams to assess the test requirements and needs and utilize influence and selling skills to bring about the necessary process improvements. *Responsibilities:* Provide testing thought leadership and strategy for Digital Commerce platform and deployment. •Provide the planning and leadership of the test strategy, test plans, test creation and execution, and the test data on all projects. •Provide management of the testing plans, schedules, metrics, and status reports. •Provide day-to-day staffing plans and management of the testing resources. •Maintain a deep and current understanding of testing methodologies and best practice. •Be a visible advocate and subject matter expert for the testing process. •Train/mentor users and teammates new testing processes. •Obtain on-going industry training to maintain fresh knowledge of testing methodologies, approaches, and best practice. •Create and deliver presentations on testing process. •Be a mentor and advisor to more junior staff. •Assist with test execution as needed *JOB EXPERIENCE* •7-10 years testing and application development experience, including providing test leadership and planning for large, complex projects •Significant experience leading testing efforts in a regulated environment. •Broad business knowledge and experience •Broad knowledge of applications development and infrastructure technologies *SKILLS/COMPETENCIES* •Solid understanding of the quality regulations and testing techniques required for the medical device industry •Strong analytical thinking, process mapping, process improvement and problem solving skills •Ability to create and deliver presentations up to the VP level in the organization. •Good communication skills (oral, business writing, presentations and listening) •Strong influencing and negotiation skills, organizational & leadership skills •High energy and motivation with an ability to adapt to change. •Well-developed professional qualities (decisiveness, commitment, initiative, impact, energy and drive). •Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities. •Developed interactive skills (instruction, presentation, interviewing, meetings) •Ability to mentor, coach, and lead junior team members •Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. •Strong knowledge of multiple technologies. •Skilled at developing, documenting, and building the value proposition for standard processes •Knowledge of and training on at least one automated tool set • Experience with integration testing strategies PREFER: knowledge of SAP and SAP Integration testing PREFER: Knowledge of Load, Volume, and Performance Test Tools and methodologies PREFER: Global & Offshore Experience, knowledge of offshore testing resource management and coordination •PREFER: CSTE or CSQA Certification • PREFERRED: Global eCommerce Experience I’ll be looking forward to hear from your end.
