*Job Title : Business Analysts Location : Richardson TX (Local Consultants Preferred) Duration : 6 Months Rate : $42/Hr* Manager is ready to interview tomorrow and Friday This is an URGENT need – In addition to the following skills, if you find someone that has previous Health care experience as well as experience working as a BA in the provider space that can start as soon as the drug and background checks are complete you will be ahead of the game. Person must be SOLID communicator, no hand-holding. Description Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements based on assigned project workstreams. Define and manage requirement sets throughout the project life-cycle Provide traceability across the project life-cycle, tracking requirements status, managing changes to Requirements and versions of requirement specifications, and tracing individual requirements to other project phases and work products. REQUIRED SKILLS * Experience with multiple full lifecycle process and software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle. * Experience in using requirements management tools, such as IBM’s RequisitePro, RequisiteWeb, or HP Quality Center. * Experience with business modeling tools and various methodologies/frameworks. * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the facilitation process and leadership skills ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies for one or many information systems. 2. Define and document business, user, functional, and system requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of high complexity). 3. Work with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. 4. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications. 5. Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. 6. Provide estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology. 7.
