Job Description (Preferred)
•    Provide Level 3 Incident and Service Request management and support
for all RCAS Thin Client services as scoped service catalog
•    Ensure targets for RCAS service SLAs and OLAs are met
•    Level 3 support of Virtual Desktop services based on VMware vSphere,
Citrix XenDesktop, VMware View and Appsense technologies. ( Must Have )
•    Level 3 support of Remote application services based on Citrix PS4,
PS4.5 and XenApp6 technologies ( Good to have )
•    Capacity management – including provisioning, reporting and dashboard
development
•    Project execution including coordination, resource planning,
deliverables, timeline negotiations and Business  Justification development
•    Develop Infra monitoring solutions
•    Service develpment strategy and tool introduction
•    Stakeholder management including service reporting
•    BCM planning and development
•    Incident and request ticket queue monitoring and management
•    Collaborate with RCAS aligned outsourced teams to achieve end to end
service delivery
•    Daily follow the sun handover meetings for Remote Access/Remote
application and Virtual Desktop services
•    Represent RCAS for required powerdown, isolation test and other BCM
related activities
•    Perform Remote Access health check and reporting during regular BCM
events Engage in cross functional team and Stakeholder meetings as required
•    Partner with product Management and Engineering teams on service
improvements and lifecycle management
•    Estate management oversight including hardware/OS version upgrades,
patching, lifecycle replacement and virtualization initiatives
•    Fully adhere to Change management procedures and compliant use of
related tools
•    Fully adhere to bank processes for Incident & Crises Management,
including communication and escalation procedures
•    Vendor management and escalation – in particular, Citrix and VMware.
•    Regular Weekend oncall duties
•    Involvement in global compliance exercises for RCAS services

Essential Technical Skills:
•    Excellent understanding of Remote Access and Computing technologies
based on Citrix and VMware virtualization products especially VMWare
vSphere and VMWare View
•    Expert Specialization in either Remote Access, Remote Application or
Remote Desktop services
•    LAN and WAN networking knowledge and experience
•    Expertise in Wintel and Microsoft back office server products (Windows
Server, SQL, IIS, etc.)
•    Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Other Essential Skills:
•    Experience with service life cycle management of high-impact products
and services will be preferred
•    Scripting skills a plus – VB, ASP, PowerShell etc.
•    Experience with crisis management is preferred
