We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Position: ETL Test Lead * *Location: McLean, VA * *Duration: 12+ Months* *Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills * • Testing Process • Good amount of ETL Testing experience • 2+ years of experience in on Reports Testing and BI Knowledge equipped with Test Automation Knowledge using QTP required. • Should have lead at least 1 big program from automation Testing front • Overall 6+ years of experience in testing arena and out of which 3+ years of experience is must as Test lead managing a team of 5+ people *General Expectations: * • Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC processes. •Should be strong in reviews, processes, task management for self and team. •Demonstrate ability to create domain specific solutions, and lead client discussions in the same and to plan a roadmap for the solution. •Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the group, peer reviews and task allocation. •Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis •Lead the planning and execution of test strategies for moderate to complex. •Very good problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
