Job Title: JDE Financial Consultant Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Client will pay for out of town candidates) Duration: 3+ months contract Required Skills: Financial Management, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne: Working experience with financial process and procedures from past experience in non-consulting role. JDE E1 v 9.x implementation experience: Being able to quickly assess and understand the current configuration and the client business requirements. Qualifying Questions: 1)Has the person served in a non-consulting role in the finance department using JDE? 2)Does the person understand how to document process and procedures for financial closes and day-to-day processing in a financial department? Description Of Services: Financial person with strong experience in JDE (Hyperion a plus) to design reports, assist/train users, and generally troubleshoot for the accounting department. This person needs a good accounting background to recognize what needs to be done and strong knowledge in the software packages to determine how best to address the need. They need to be hands-on in designing the solution and then transferring the solution to the users. Areas of focus include account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, balancing sub-ledgers, designing financial statements, developing reports, preparing account analysis, extracting and formatting data, etc. We would be interested in someone who has been a power user of JDE in an accounting group or who has worked in a consulting role in implementing JDE software solutions. Deliverables: Documentation of financial process and procedures using JD Edwards. Direct reporting to controller. User assistance in all standard financial process and procedures.
