*JOB SUMMARY:*
Under general supervision, the PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst is
responsible for/involved in all aspects of the life of a specific
system/application. May include: evaluation of system enhancement requests,
requirements development and documentation, testing and implementation;
production support/troubleshooting, maintenance of system documentation,
training responding to customer concerns and communicating results.

The PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst is specifically responsible for Core HR
functionality related to the 9.2 upgrade.

The PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst possesses strong knowledge of PeopleSoft
with expert knowledge of delivered manager and employee self-service
functionality. Utilizing knowledge of the business and the specific
application(s), identifies system opportunities to support business needs.
May specialize in a particular technology or skill.

This job typically does not lead others, but may act as a team lead
coordinating multiple change requests or large enhancements. The PeopleSoft
HR Business Analyst may provide limited coaching to less experienced team
members.

*PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Creating test scripts for validation
- Validating data conversion from version 9.0 to 9.2
- Conducting integration, system, parallel, performance and UAT testing
- Logging and system defects
- Partnering with IT developer to resolve defects and retesting
- Creating system documentation, training and procedure materials
- Performs other duties as assigned.

*EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:*
Typically has a Bachelor degree in Business, MIS or other related field



Typically has a minimum of 5- 10 years business operations, analysis,
development, testing or equivalent role.

5+ years’ experience supporting PeopleSoft.

Conflict Management (Basic): Brings conflicts into the open and resolves
them collaboratively.
Change Management / Resilience (Basic): Remains energized and focused in
the face of ambiguity, change or strenuous demands.
Risk Taking (Basic): Identifies, assesses, manages and takes intelligent
risks to attain objectives
