Develop SharePoint sites (for 21 NEA offices)2. Project documentation (for SharePoint sites)The contractor shall provide analytical and research support for the client's highly focused SharePoint Intranet environment. Primary responsibilities involve the design and development of web/browser-based content.Duties/Responsibilities:? Conceptualize, develop and implement new internal web pages and act as a team resource in solving specific web interaction issues pertaining to each site;? Work closely with ITM to review concepts, wireframes, storyboards and builds at project milestones for interaction design principles, overall consistency and level of quality;? Provide hands-on support for Sharepoint sites to create functional examples and act as a general resource for web development.TASK 1: Develop SharePoint SitesThe contractor shall perform the following:? Develop sites for the 21 offices.? Populate each site with basic information for each office.o Upload documents/templates, contact info, guidelines/instructions, etc.? Discuss site content with individuals in the respective offices to tailor site content as needed/appropriate.o During these discussions, the contractor may use the client's previous intranet site as a basis of information to pull from when populating the newly created SharePoint site.o During these discussions, individuals in each respective office may provide the contractor with additional pieces of information with which to populate that office's SharePoint site.? It is not anticipated that the contractor will have to create large amounts of data from scratch or do a large amount of data gathering to pull data together for the SharePoint sites.TASK 2: SharePoint Project DocumentationThe contractor shall perform the following:? The contractor shall provide written documentation showing the general structure and lay-out of the SharePoint sites developed.? This should be written/conveyed in such a manner that, should the client need to create additional sites after the end of this contract, the documentation should assist the client in doing so.o The documentation should give the client the necessary information to continue creating SharePoint sites in a consistent/standardized manner.? The contractor shall provide a 'walk-through'/presentation of the code to the client's ITM office.?
