*Skills and Experience Required :* - 7-10 years of related and progressively more responsible experience - Deep hands on expertise in Scala - Experience working on Scala programming - Skilled in coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. - Develop and enhance applications based on specifications - Codes and tests according to design specifications - Unit test applications and develops system and user documentation - Some responsibility over other developers with less experience - Performs highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects - Contributes to the formulation of IT strategy - Creatively applies a wide range of technical and/or management principles - Serves as lead expert in a complex subject - Recognized in and outside of the organization as a significant resource in subject area - Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical, financial and quality aspects - Is accountable for actions and decisions taken by self and subordinates.
