*Job Description:*
- Service now implementation experience doing actual integration and custom
app dev work.
- Java Scripting knowledge and has done it in Service-now for custom app
development.
- Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of
cost-effective Service-now solutions using a number of technical skills
such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP,
email, MID, etc…)
- Ability to create and modify workflows :
Main Modules includes
* Configuration
* Change Mgmt.
* Service request
* Incident Mgmt.
* Problem Mgmt.
* Knowledge Mgmt.
- Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the
Service-now platform and similar ITSM toolsets.
- Implementation of CMDB and use of discovery tool
- Knowledge and implementation experience on domain separation in MSP
environment
- Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes.
- Application administration experience :
* User account administration
* Setting up user roles and permissions
* Maintaining List of Values and Lookup Fields
* Scripting
*Adding custom attributes
*JavaScript
*SQL
Secondary Skills should include
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Excellent interaction with clients
3. Presentation skills
4. Able to analyze client requirements & provide solutions
5. New Technology update & to be able to adapt them
6. Good Team player
