I need a local tester (with perfect comm skills for the following)- The Manager has indicated that any experience testing a POS/Point of Sale system/interface is strongly preferred. 1. Client/server test experience 2. Basic sql query ability (select, insert, update) and knowledge of sql clients (toad, vienna sql, sql plus, any of them would do) 3. Understanding of basic file management in explorer (search, copy, delete, rename...) 4. Understanding of what is the meaning of a config file and how it might affect an application 5. QC - test cases and defects 6. Basic understanding of test methodology 7. Strong communication skills - verbal and written 8. Strong organizational skills 9. Basic curiosity of a tester 10.
