Experienced Tester specifically focused on UAT testing. Responsible for developing test scenarios and test cases based on user stories/business requirements. Creating/Manipulating any needed data to support the test cases using XML files. Understand XML schema and critical data mapping. Execute and document results of test cases. Communicating with business SMEs and the UAT lead throughout the testing life cycle. Escalate any perceived or legitimate issues to their team lead and/or business contact as soon as appropriate. Familiarity with testing Business Rules to create positive and negative test cases. Communicating with IT resources throughout the testing lifecycle Experience with testing business rules for large datasets. Ability to generate RTM using testing tools such as HP ALM/DOORS. Ability to build standard or automated regression test suites. Strong analytical, good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well as part of a team.
