Position Title: *Account Manager  & Sr Recruiters - US Staffing*

Job Location: *Hyderabad / Hitech City…*



*Required:*

• Accounts Manager: 9 to 12 years of end-to-end full life cycle experience
in US IT Staffing involving Account Management & *Technical Recruiting*

*Over 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / Senior Recruiter*

• Should have risen from being a *Lead Recruiter/ Resource Manager* and for
last 3-4 years has been working as an *Account Manager leading a team*

• *Over 3+ years of experience in Account Management directly managing
large System Integrators & Tier-1 clients*

• *Should have some level of relationship with recruiting managers in large
system integrators*

• Should be working directly with client managers on a daily basis

• Should be working with annual revenue & gross margin targets

• Over 2+ years of experience as a Lead Recruiter / Resource Manager

• *Should be managing large recruiting teams and be able to mentor & train
new recruiters*

• *Should be able to use own network to hire new recruiters & grow the team*

• *Should have good understanding of technology skills*

• *Should be well aware of the US IT staffing industry and the client base*

• *Should have a strong consultant database & a robust vendor network*

• *Should have excellent communication skills*

• *Should be an excellent team player*



*Responsibilities:*

• Will lead a large team of recruiters to fulfill client requirements

• Prioritize and distribute daily client requirements to the team

• Motivate & guide the team to deliver candidates within good turnaround
time

• Interact directly with managers at LSIs & Tier-1 clients and build
relationships

• Check & maintain quality of resume submittals made by the team members

• Should be able to do hands on recruiting for senior level positions

• Minimize dropout of closed consultants

• Minimize attrition of consultants & increase billing by keeping regular
consultant contact

• Responsible for delivering the annual revenue target assigned to the team

• *Maintain gross margins by strong negotiations*
