Formulate technical strategy, assist in product/ solution development, evaluate, review and approve design frameworks and methodologies. Lead technical discussions with client SMEs and stakeholders to provide technical differentiation to the relationship. Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts, and contribute to technical capability building. Evangelize Infosys brand, build artifacts in new areas of competence and help build collateral and go-to-market solutions. Provide key inputs for prospecting and architect/ validate technical aspects of proposals, contracts and deal negotiations and help bringing in alliance product offerings/ IPs. Involve in requirement gathering, project scoping, resource planning, scheduling, quality planning, risk mitigation planning, project plan review, project tracking, control, reporting and monitor the metrics to improve financial performance. *Required Skills: *Strong experience in design and implementation using TIBCO product suite (TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Active Matrix, EMS, Hawk, Administrator and TIBCO Designer). Experience with Web-Services/ESB development and other key standards (SOAP, WSDL, Security, Encryption/Decryption) and familiar with SOA concepts. Should have experience in working in end to end implementations that involves Interface requirement gathering, design, development, testing and production/go live. Scripting skills: Any of shell scripting xml, Java, PERL or Ant is preferable. Experience in implementing solutions in a complex enterprise environment, esp. experience designing and deploying in a SOA and/or an Events Driven Architecture Performance tuning knowledge is preferable. Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor. Strong ability to lead technical team and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
