This position will support the development of a single request intake process and a demand management process and any associated sub-processes and will provide analyst support to the development of a new VITA OneStop customer portal. The Business Analyst will schedule, lead and document outcomes from requirements gathering work sessions and from process design and redesign work sessions, any of which may involve both internal and external VITA stakeholders. Prepare process and procedure documentation in accordance with established VITA policies, standards and guidelines. May prepare and/or deliver training to process participants and software end-users. Prepare draft project artifacts for Project Manager review. Provide additional support to the Project managers as required to ensure the success of both projects. Must have significant experience with business analysis, requirements definition, process design and redesign. Must be skilled in MS Visio, Project, Office and SharePoint. Must have experience facilitating diverse stakeholders. Experience with organizational change management preferred.
