*Position:** Actimize Business Analyst* *Location: **NYC* *Duration: **6 months* *Experience: * · 5 Years of Business Analysis experience, Planning, Requirement Elicitation, Solution Design and Implementation, Documentation and presentation skills in Securities and Banking Domain. · At least 2 years in Compliance and Regulatory reporting involving Actimize. Working knowledge of Actimize RCM/AIS, trade surveillance and AML models. Familiarity with Banking and Compliance regulatory landscape. · Comfortable collaborating and working with multiple business stakeholders, IT and infrastructure teams globally. · Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate and document acceptance criteria, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and gain team agreement · Provide clear and appropriate status reporting to the management at all levels. Track requirements and maintain project plan with respect to Requirements in progress, IT work in progress, IT work completed, UAT in progress, work completed etc. · Familiarity with compliance internal control standards and external regulatory requirements · Identify issues and impact and help identify appropriate solutions. Ability to analyze complex requests & implement solutions with in aggressive timelines · Experience working with Agile and Water fall methodologies and full understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies. · Ability leading discussions, facilitate group meetings to build consensus · Strong understanding of IT operational and change management processes and familiarity with ITIL standards. · Well developed communication skills – oral, written and listening · Mastery with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and SQL. · CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferable.
